You further acknowledge and agree that the activities and services that Harmony Meadows Tennis Resort and its staff may recommend from time to time during your stay may expose participants to dangers and risks and hereby agree to release Harmony Meadows Tennis Resort and its owners and employees from any claim, action, damage or expense that may result from my participation or use of such activities and services, except to the extent Harmony Meadows Tennis Resort was willful or reckless in making its recommendation.

Check-in is at 3 pm. Check-out is at 11 am.
We will do our best to accommodate an early check-in request but cannot guarantee anything prior to 3 pm.
We are staffed to check in guests between 3 and 8 PM Pacific Time. As small resort owners and travelers ourselves, we realize that a stringent check-in time is not always optimal. However, our day is planned according to guest arrival times. Late arrivals must be arranged ahead of time since we do not have staff on the property at all times. If you arrive late, you may have to wait for a staff member to arrive on property to check you in.
Late check-out requests: If you require more time, a late check-out can sometimes be arranged with prior notification. Please make your request the night before.
We offer complimentary parking and wireless internet to all our guests.
There is a two-night minimum stay on all units. There is a three-night minimum on holiday weekends Memorial Day Weekend and Labor Day Weekend. We may make exceptions if there is a gap in availability. Please call and we will assist you.
Seven days prior to your arrival, we charge your credit card for the entire stay. At that point, your room charges are non-refundable. You MUST cancel more than seven days in advance to avoid being charged for your stay.
Check-out prior to the specified check-out date will be subject to an early departure charge as specified by the resort, up to a full day charge.
An additional cleaning charge may be levied for any extraordinary cleaning required that is above and beyond what is normal and customary for housekeeping.
Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. We enforce these quiet hours for the benefit of the resort property and all our guests. Failure to comply with this policy could result in immediate eviction.
Harmony Meadows prohibits persons from carrying or otherwise possessing a firearm on hotel property, including carrying firearms in an open or concealed manner. This policy applies to all firearms, regardless of whether the firearm is a handgun or a long-barreled gun.
Harmony Meadows is a non-hosted facility. Management and staff are available between the hours of 7 am to 8 pm to tend to your needs. If you require assistance after hours please call 509-793-1804.

To provide all our guests with an exceptionally clean and safe hotel experience, we provide daily housekeeping. Our Housekeeping Staff will honor the Do Not Disturb door hanger once during a thirty-six-hour period indicating that the room is occupied. The Housekeeping Staff is required to enter the room at subsequent times to clean the room, check for safety, and verify the condition of the room. Management reserves the right to enter a room with a known status of Do Not Disturb for reasonable purposes, such as an emergency, housekeeping, maintenance, verifying that the room, its furnishings, and mechanical equipment are intact, or to address or prevent a violation of our Hotel Policies. In the event of suspected illegal activity, management reserves the right to summon law enforcement to aid in eviction. The right to privacy ends when a Hotel Policy is broken. Law enforcement will be granted immediate access to hotel property and rooms of evicted guests.
Your comfort is very important to us. For guests staying multiple nights, bed linen is changed every third day if all personal items are removed from the bed and our housekeepers can access the walkways around the bed. Housekeeping will be happy to change your bed linens sooner than every third day; please ask the Hospitality Desk for service. We hope our guests will assist us in decreasing our environmental impact and water use by reusing towels as much as possible. However, if new towels are needed, please leave them on the floor of your room and we will replace them. Please contact our Front Desk staff if you have any additional questions or concerns.
Room keys are issued to the registered guests. No room keys will be issued to youth under 18 at any time. I.D. is required if you have lost your key and require a duplicate. Please return room keys to Front Desk at check-out.
If you lose your room key during your stay, there will be a $50.00 charge.
All resort guests will be charged a 20% gratuity fee at the end of their stay on food, beverage, and tennis charged to their room. The automatic gratuity is based on customary industry standards. Applying this charge automatically helps streamline the recognition process for the employees that work to enhance your stay. We hope you find the gratuity to be an accurate reflection of your satisfaction.
